Our support team is available to answer any questions you may encounter in performing your research. Unlock your family's history with our assistance. We'll be working with you every step of the way to explore and retrieve important data. Jewish Genealogy Search provides assistance to beginner and advanced researchers. We give you the methods and tools to carry out your research. Our extensive genealogical resources are here for you. We coach in person, by E-mail and by telephone. If you're a beginner, we get you started and remain by your side to answer questions and enhance your learning. With more advanced researchers, we jointly develop the coaching agenda. Coaching usually begins with a one or two hour session in- person or by phone. We call you and spend the time required. Much of our follow-up work can be carried out through e-mail correspondence as well as by phone. Coaching usually is frequently done in combination with our carrying out particular areas of your research which you may request. Coaching fees are based on an hourly fee. As we work together there is no minimum billing time -- if it takes ten minutes, we charge you for ten minutes How can I be coached from afar? It works! As I was editing this section, I supplied 1930 Palestine immigration record data to a client I'm coaching in New York. Coaching starts with our learning about your ancestors and research goals. We then examine your existing data. All additional resources can be explored together, whether we meet face to face, communicate by e-mail or speak via American or Israeli phones in my office.
